Matar- Mushrooms Gravy

Matar mushrooms  is very easy to make recipe and very tasty and healthy dish. Matar and mushrooms both are very nutritious and flavourful ingredients. When you cook them with a  onion tomato masala and powdered spices great taste is guaranteed.  I like to cook matar mushrooms always specially in winter and serve with  rotis or plain steamed rice.
Prep Time -10-15 minutes Cook time - 20-25 minutes Serve -          3 Person
Ingredients- Green peas  1  cupsMushrooms 200 gramsOil 2 tbspnBay leaf 1-2Green cardamoms 4Cinnamon 1 inch stickOnions finely chopped 2 largeGinger paste 1 tbspnGarlic paste 1 tbspnTomato puree ½  cupRed chilli powder 1 tbspnCoriander powder 1 tbspnTurmeric powder 1 tespnGaram masala powder 1 tbspnSalt to tasteCoriander leaves for garnishing

Lauki or ghiya ke kofte

You don’t believe lauki or ghiya can be so delicious until you get a taste of these koftas. Soft and full of flavour from the creamy onion tomato masala that they have been cooked in these koftas melt in your mouth. Each of these lauki  koftas is stuffed with a some dry fruits ball which adds a beautiful hint of crunchiness to it. It is  my favorite kofta curry to eat along with steamed rice.
