Sooji Cack....



A delicious Indian cake recipe made with sooji or rava. The recipe involves baking in an oven. Alternatively, you could also use a microwave or cooker.

Preparation Time-15 min.
Cooking Time- 25min.
Sooji Cack

Ingredients-

2 cups Sooji (semolina)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup curd (dahi)
1 cup Fresh cream
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
Some Chocó chips

METHOD-

                  Take sooji, baking powder, baking soda into the mixing bowl.
                  Add curd, cream, sugar Chocó chips and vanilla essence to it and   mix well.


                Pour the mixture into the baking bowl, preheated for 2 minutes at   a temp. Of 100c & well oiled at sides. bake for 20 minutes, slowly   increasing the temperature from 150c to 300c

                Insert a toothpick into the cake and check it should come out    clean cake should not stick to the toothpick.

             Cake is ready.

             Garnish with some cherry and Chocó chips.
