Bread Ki Barfi


                                                Bread Ki Barfi-

Ingradients-

2 Cup soft bread chura
Bread Burfi
1 Cup milk
1 Grated coconut
1 Cup sugar
4 Tbspn oil or Desi Ghee
Some chopped cashew nuts (for garnishing also)

 Method-

Soak bread crumbs in milk for about 10 minutes.
Combine coconut and sugar, stir over a low flame till the sugar melts.
Add the soaked breadcrumbs and stir till well mixed (for about 5 to 7  Min).
Add chopped cashew nuts  and oil or desi ghee and cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
Spread into a greased any thali or pan and let it cool.
Garnish with chopped cashew nuts and serve.


Bread Ras Malai...|

Bread Ras malai-

Its very  yummy sweet dish made of bread and milk, quick and easy to make and rich in taste.

Preparation Time- 30 min.
Cooking Time- 15 min.
Serve- 3 person

Ingradients-

  • 500ml milk
  • 6 slices of bread
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tbspn of chopped mix nuts
  • 1 tbspn ghee
  • 1 tbspn malai or fresh cream
  • ½ tbspn cardamom powder
  • 2-3 thread saffron



Method-

Boil milk reduce to half, add sugar  , cardamom powder saffron ( dissolve a little milk)
When milk become thick off the flame and keep aside.


( you can add 1 spoon  grated paneer for creamy texture)

Cut the all bread slices in to round shapes   with the help of round shape cutter or katori.

Apply the both sides of bread some ghee and roast the heat tawa very lightly.
Mix the nuts with the fresh cream or malai and apply on one side of bread pieces

Keep the other pieces of bread on top of each (like sandwich.).   
Place on it a serving dish and pour the thick milk over it.

Garnish with chopped nuts and serve chilled.

Bread Shahi Tukda..

Bread Shahi Tukda-

Preparation Time 4-5 min.
Cooking Time 4-5 min.    
Serve 4 person

Ingradients-

·         Bread slices 8

·         Milk 5 cups

·         Ghee for deep-frying

·         Dry fruits chopped for garnishing 2 tablespoons

·         Sugar 1/2 cup

 


Method-

 

Trim the crust and cut each bread slice into round, triangle or squire shape with a  cutter. Heat pure ghee in a pan and shallow-fry the bread pieces for about a minute, turn over and fry about a minute more or until light brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

 

Meanwhile, bring milk to boil, reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes, stirring continuously or until the quantity is reduced by half. Add sugar and kesar

continue to simmer for five minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from flame and chill it.

 

Place bread pieces on a serving dish, pour chilled reduced milk on top,  and garnish with dry fruits. Serve chilled.



Bread Idli....

Bread idli….

Bread Idli is a simple delicious recipe and mouth dissolving snacks. made with white bread. Use brown bread to eat healthy. This  is quick  snack is quite filling and served with Coriander Chutney.

Ingredients-
                           
  1.   8-10 bread slices
  2.   3-4 medium potato
  3.   1 spoon green chilli (finally Chopped)
  4.   2-Cup curd
  5.   Chat masala
  6.   Tea spoon mustard seeds (rai)           
  7.    7-8 curry leaves
  8.    Coriander leaves (finally chopped)
  9.    Salt to taste
  10.   Oil as required



Mixture for idli-

Mash boiled potato and add green chilli, coriander leaves, chat masala and salt. Keep aside.
Heat 1 tbspn oil in a small pan splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves and little amount  of salt.
To this pan, add curd and turn off flame. Mix it properly and keep aside.

To make idli-

Cut the all slices in round shapes.
Now spread the potato mixture on one side of the bread.
Heat a pan and add 1 tbspn oil to it.
Put the bread idli with potato side down on the pan.
On the other side pour 2-3 tbspn curd mixture .
Cover the pan with a lid and cook  the idli on low flame for 3-4 min.
Now, your bread idli is ready, garnish with some  bhujia namkeen and green chutney and serve .
