Kitchen Tips.....

Kitchen is an integral part of our home and most Indian women spend a major time in cooking for their loved ones. Cooking and maintain   the kitchen is very tough .But we can make it easy with the help of some tips and tricks.

Working in kitchen can really be fun if you know some basic keys. Here are some special tips to make your work interesting and comfortable.



1- When curd is becomes sour then add a cup of water and wait one hour . Now stain water hence curd becomes sweet.
2- When you feel a problem of Ant then put the  mustard oil in all the corners in the rooms.
3- Put the 3-4 clove in sugar container to keep ants at bay.
4- When boiling eggs ,add a pinch of salt to keep the shells from cracking.
5- Always store mushrooms in paper bag in the refrigerator.
6- Put some rice grain in with your salt to absorb the moisture.
7- If  you are making gravy and accidentally burn it, just pour it  into a clean pan and continue cooking it.

Sooji Cack....

A delicious Indian cake recipe made with sooji or rava. The recipe involves baking in an oven. Alternatively, you could also use a microwave or cooker.
Preparation Time-15 min. Cooking Time- 25min.
Ingredients-
2 cups Sooji (semolina) 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 cup curd (dahi) 1 cup Fresh cream 1/2 cup Milk 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla essence Some Chocó chips
METHOD-
Take sooji, baking powder, baking soda into the mixing bowl. Add curd, cream, sugar Choc√≥ chips and vanilla essence to it and   mix well.

Tomato Chutney.....

INGREDIENTS- ·Tomato,chopped-4 ·Green chilies,chopped-2 ·Curry leaves-8 ·Cumin seeds-1 tsp ·Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp ·Asafoetida-1/4 tsp ·Pinch of Turmeric ·Cooking oil-2.5 tsp ·Chili powder- 1/4 tsp ·Sugar- 1/4 tsp(optional) ·Salt- to taste
METHOD- 1.Heat 1.5 tsp of oil in a pan and add cumin and asafetida. 2.Now add chopped tomatoes and green chilies, stir fry for few seconds. 3.Add salt and turmeric, cover and cook on low flame. 4.

Uttapam Pizza.....

     Uttapam Pizza is a healthy yet tasty alternative to our very own pizza. Touches from the south India make it truly stand out and keeping you safe from frequent consumption of maida which is not quite great for health.
Preparation Time-30min. Cooking Time- 10 min. 
Ingradients-·Rice 2 cups ·Split black gram skinless (dhuli urad dal) 1 cup ·Salt to taste ·Oil as required ·½ Cup or 6-8 tbspn Tomato sauce  or pizza sauce·½ Cup Sweet corn  boiled ·3-4 Green olives sliced ·2 tbspn Chopped onion .       2 tbspn Chopped capsicum·Mozzarella cheese grated 2 cups Method-For Uttapam batter-(Like dosa batter)Soak rice in six cups of water and urad dal in four cups of water separately overnight.Drain and grind them separately, using a little water, to a smooth paste. Suji uttapam....

Suji Uttapam is a very delicious and quick breakfast recipe made with a suji  and  vegetables.


Preparation Time-20 min. cooking Time- 20 min. Serve- 2-3 person
Ingradients-
·1 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)·3 tbspn curd·Salt to taste·3-4 chooped green chilli·4 tbspn finally chopped French beans·4 tbspn finally chopped cabbage·4tbspn grated carrot ·2 small chopped onion·2 small chopped tomato·2 tbspn chopped coriander leaves·Oil
